As a result of substantial growth within in their medical centres, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Doctor Relationship Manager to join their VIC team. Reporting to the National Doctor Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for the leadership and management of the Doctor’s working as independent contractors within these medical centres. You will provide support and the necessary tools to ensure the Doctors are delivering high quality, professional and friendly service to patients whilst achieving business goals and targets. As there are multiple medical centres VIC wide, to ensure all centres are catered to effectively the role will be split in two. The current Doctor Relationship Manager covers Doctors in North/North Western Melbourne medical centres, and the new Doctor Relationship Manager will manage Doctors based in South/South Eastern Melbourne, with some routine travel to Adelaide.
