My client is one of Australia’s leading listed Health Care organisations offering a wide range of Medical and Health Care related services to the Australia Public and Corporate Sector. With further local expansion plans under way, the organisation is seeking a dynamic and experienced Learning & Development Manager – Health Professionals to focus on supporting continued business growth. You will have a passion for bringing out the best in people and have the motivation and drive to take on this new challenge! The Learning & Development Manager – Health Professionals sole purpose is to design and coordinate training and facilitate learning to cover both the organisations and Health Professionals current and future needs. Reporting to National Clinical Development Manager, your role will focus on three main areas: Education Assessment & Training: You will develop and implement L&D strategy by identifying learning needs, accessing or delivering education/learning interventions and ensuring ongoing assessment of competency. People Management: You will facilitate the development of Health Care Professionals in relations to core competencies through assessment and targeted development. Operation Support/Best Practice Resources: You will research and facilitate access to up to date and best practice resources relating to the business and you will liaise with Head of Clinical Development to collaborate an organisation education/learning solution.
