My client is a leading Medical Centre network who provides a comprehensive range of Health Care related services to the Australian public. The primary function for the Operations Manager / Area Manager will be to facilitate Medical Centre operations in Victoria. You will ensure centres comply with company policy and procedures and you will identify, resolve or escalate issues with the State Manager, essentially acting as the 2IC. You will ensure staff are well-equipped with the skills to deliver high quality, professional and friendly service to patients, whilst achieving business and clinical targets. You will possess excellent leadership skills and the proven ability to build rapport with staff from all levels. As an end result, your role will directly influence the success of the Medical Centres and will provide all staff with the necessary tools to continue the delivery of excellent patient care.
