This newly renovated state of the art Illawarra region based Mental Health Hospital , is seeking a Nurse Unit Manager (NUM) to join their team. This hospital has brought to market a unique concept and as a result is receiving praise and recognition for their facilities. This key leadership position has become available for a dynamic, highly motivated and suitably qualified Nurse Unit Manager to lead the nursing team. Reporting directly to the General Manager / Director of Nursing, the successful candidate will focus on building a cohesive, patient centered team, as well as be involved in strategic development for the hospital.
