My client is a leading Medical Centre network who provides a comprehensive range of Health Care related services to the Australian public. As a result of substantial growth a fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Practice Manager/Business Manager to join their organisation, based in a modern practice north of the river. The primary function of the role is to support the GP’s, Allied Health professionals and Admin staff working within this busy and well established Medical Centre. You will ensure your team is delivering high quality, efficient, professional and friendly service to patients, whilst achieving business and clinical goals and targets. You will have excellent leadership skills and the proven ability to build rapport with staff from all levels. As an end result, your role will directly influence the success of the practice and will provide all staff with the necessary tools to continue the delivery of excellent patient care.
