A fantastic opportunity to join this leading luxury expedition travel company in Sydney. You won’t just be processing reservations, you’ll be developing your sales skills to build long-term customer relationships, provide personalised first class customer service, increase revenue and achieve long-term sales goals.
Maintain professional contact with all agents and clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and optimise long-term customer value. Employ technical selling skills and product knowledge in all areas to give effective presentation of products and services. Sell consultatively, using active listening skills and make recommendations to agents and clients. Maintain accurate database records of all clients and potential clients utilizing the company reservations and/or database systems. To apply for this role you must have previous travel reservations experience plus the ability to build trust, value others, communicate effectively, focus on the customer, collaborate with others and solve problems creatively. Strong luxury or niche market selling skills would be beneficial
